About C. Dean Osborn

Dean grew up in Lancaster County. After getting his Masters degree, Dean took the position as Director of Marketing at a local Architectural Firm.

When the opportunity came, Dean left and started Tri Tech Environmental, an environmental firm, to address the new Asbestos regulations for Schools. After growing the Firm to include Radon, Underground Tanks, Soil Contamination & Site Assessments, Dean moved in another direction.

For the next few years, Dean helped develop technologies that altered the physical composition of fluids using sound waves. Once manufacturing and distribution was established, Dean wanted a change. He then formed Timberline Construction, a residential construction company. The company grew and eventually expanded into Commercial Construction.

Dean was approached regarding joining a Structural Engineering Firm as an Inspector. Dean managed a 5 County area around Atlanta, providing structural design services, structural & framing Inspections. Once ICC Certified, Dean was actively involved in local code inspections.

Dean wanted to return to the Lancaster area to be closer to family, so in 2011, Dean and his family moved back to Lancaster. Dean formed TEK Inspection Services to provide Home Inspection Services in the tri-county area.

Since that time, Dean has acquired his Real Estate license and works as a Keller Williams Agent in Lancaster, Pa.
