Dean Osborne is the owner of TEK Inspection Services and part of the Burke Real Estate Team. As a master inspector and realtor, he is an invaluable asset, providing showing inspections, pre-offer inspections and full house inspections for buyers.
Born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Dean received his master’s degree in Psychology at Millersville University, where he worked as a clinical therapist for eight years. Dean also worked as the Director of Marketing for Design Coalition, and then founded his own company, TEK Environmental Services, which provided asbestos surveys, abatement, inspecting underground storage tanks, and site assessments. As an inventor, one of his accomplishments was using sound waves to alter the physical composition of water molecules, and he manufactured and distributed this technique world-wide. He later moved to Daytona Beach, where he started his own construction company. Building over 500 spec homes in less than nine years, he continually studied structural engineering while managing inspections.

Lucky for us, in 2008, Dean returned to Lancaster. Still thirsting for more knowledge, he received his PA real estate license. While managing his own company TEK Inspection Services and growing the inspection business, he joined the Burke Real Estate Team. His background empowers buyers and sellers in helping them reach their real estate goals with ease and confidence. Dean is an instrumental talent to this industry and exclusively to this Real Estate Team.
