The Burke Team provides a series of very unique services to their Clients. These services were designed to help provide a special experience in either the buying or selling process. With these services we provide:
- A thorough understanding of the condition of the property the Buyers are pursuing
- An accurate presentation of the Seller’s Home
SECTION 1
INSPECTIONS FOR OUR BUYERS:
IF YOU WANT TO CONSIDER A PROPERTY FOR SALE AND YOUR SCHEDULE IS CRAZY, YOU HAVE PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS OR YOU ARE OUT OF THE AREA, WE CAN HELP!

PROPERTY SCREENING SERVICE:
This unique service is provided to our clients who are unable to visit properties due to time constraints, distance & travel issues, or physical limitations. Our Realtor/Inspector will review selected properties to evaluate their condition and if they meet the buyer’s criteria. Once qualified properties are identified, scheduled showings are arranged for our clients to attend.
* Facetime Inspection is available for this service.
* This service is a remote service that requires an I-Phone connection and adequate reception at the property site.

SHOWING / PRE-OFFER INSPECTION:
This service is provided to help our buyer clients have a thorough understanding of a property before making an offer. Once properties have been seen and selected, our Realtor/Inspector will spend time with our buyers, reviewing the properties to identify defects, safety issues and maintenance concerns.

- Exterior condition
- Grading
- Roof material condition
- Foundation material
- General Framing
- General Electrical
- General Plumbing
- Bathroom fixtures condition
- Appliances check
- General Interior condition
- Accessible Attic condition

SECTION 2
INSPECTIONS FOR OUR SELLERS:
FOR SELLERS LOOKING TO MAXIMIZE THEIR NET PROFIT AND HAVE PEACE OF MIND WE CAN HELP!
The process involves 2 primary steps:

HOME EVALUATION:
The home evaluation allows the Inspector to review the property, identifying those issues and concerns that may become obstacles in the sale of the property. These issues may include maintenance concerns, safety issues or material defects.
A short report is created which outlines the various items that may need to be addressed.
The seller then has the option to repair all or some selected items in preparation for listing the property.
Once the repairs are completed, a Pre-Listing Inspection is provided.

PRE-LISTING INSPECTION:
The Pre-Listing Inspection is a thorough inspection of the property. The goal is to generate as “Clean” a report as possible, a document which we feel helps dramatically in the sale of the property
